What is the current Halo 2 price?
The base price is $2,499 with Ocean ATM transaction processing selected. Optional equipment and services change the total. The product page currently preselects a $79.99 surge protector and $150 new cellular router, bringing that configuration to $2,728.99 before any applicable tax. Review your selections before adding to cart.
How much cash does the Halo 2 hold?
The standard removable cassette holds 1,000 notes. With $20 notes, that is $20,000. Optional dispensers increase capacity to as many as 4,000 notes; choose the configuration on the product page. Your actual cash load should reflect demand and your refill schedule.
Does it need my business internet?
You can connect by Ethernet to your location’s router, or select a cellular router. The new cellular router is $150 and its data plan is $14.99 per month.
What setup is included?
Ocean ATM programs and tests the ATM before shipment after your processing paperwork is completed. Freight delivery and phone-assisted operator training are included. Secure installation, power, connectivity, and loading cash are still required. Onsite installation and training are available as a paid option.
What does warranty coverage cost?
The manufacturer provides a two-year parts-only limited warranty. Processing customers receive 90 days of full parts-and-labor coverage at no cost. Continued coverage is $0.20 per transaction with a $19 monthly minimum, subject to the agreement.
Can I use another processor?
Yes. The current product configuration adds $500 if you choose to process with someone other than Ocean ATM. Check all selected options on the product page before purchase.
