Cardholder Charged but Cash Was Not Dispensed?

Contact the bank or financial institution that issued your card. The card issuer must begin the transaction-dispute process. Ocean ATM cannot access your bank account, issue a provisional cardholder credit or open the dispute on the issuer’s behalf.

Review Cardholder Guidance

Before Contacting Technical Support

Have These Details Ready

Do not send a cardholder’s full card number, PIN or other sensitive banking credentials. Ocean ATM may need the following operational information:

Terminal ID
Store or location name
ATM make and model
Complete error code
Date and approximate time
Steps already attempted
