A Clear Customer Interface
A 10.1-inch wide color screen with touch function keys comes standard. Voice-guided transactions support customer usability, and an optional 12-inch touchscreen lets you tailor the interface to your location.
Built to Fit Your Cash Demand
Start with the standard removable 1,000-note SCDU cassette. The product configurator offers additional cassettes and 2,000-note HCDU configurations, including up to four 2,000-note cassettes. Select capacity to match demand and refill frequency.
A Distinctive, Durable Cabinet
The Onyx combines an integrated topper and security-reflective front with a strong cabinet. An EMV card reader, electronic lock, and included GenCam are part of the current standard configuration.
Choose the Onyx when the ATM’s appearance matters alongside everyday operation. Its screen, dispenser, printer, and topper options suit a range of customer environments. The standard printer is 2 inches; an optional 3-inch printer supports graphics and couponing. A presenter option requires a 2,000-note CDU or higher.

What is the current Genmega Onyx price?
The base price is $2,599 with Ocean ATM transaction processing selected. Optional equipment and services add to the total. The currently preselected surge protector and new cellular router add $229.99, for a configuration total of $2,828.99 before any applicable tax. Review the product page’s final selections before adding to cart.
Is this the wall-mounted Onyx-W?
No. This page is for the standard freestanding Genmega Onyx. The Onyx-W is a separate wall-mounted model with a different installation format.
Which screen and cassette are standard?
The base configuration includes a 10.1-inch wide color screen with touch function keys and a removable 1,000-note cassette. A 12-inch touchscreen and higher-capacity cassette configurations are optional.
How does it connect?
Use Ethernet to your location’s router, or select a preconfigured cellular router. A new cellular router costs $150 with a $14.99 monthly data plan.
What is included in setup and support?
Ocean ATM programs and tests the ATM after the required processing paperwork is completed. Freight delivery, phone-assisted operator training, remote monitoring, and technical support are included. You still arrange secure installation, power, connectivity, and cash loading. Onsite installation is an optional paid service.
What warranty is available?
The Onyx includes a 24-month manufacturer warranty. Ocean ATM processing customers receive 90 days of full parts-and-labor coverage at no cost. Continued coverage costs $0.20 per transaction with a $19 monthly minimum, subject to the agreement.
