Order Processing & Verification

All orders placed through Ocean ATM are subject to payment authorization, verification, and fraud screening prior to shipment.

Parts Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after:

  • Payment has been successfully authorized and captured

  • Order details have been reviewed and approved

  • Any required verification has been completed

ATM Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after:

  • Programming and processing paperwork are fully completed and esigned

To protect both Ocean ATM and our customers from fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional documentation to verify identity (e.g., government-issued ID)

  • Confirm billing and shipping information

  • Contact the customer directly prior to shipment

  • Delay or cancel any order flagged as high-risk or suspicious

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Ocean ATM ships via trusted carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Licensed freight carriers (for ATM machines and bulk equipment)

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Freight Shipments(Typically New ATMs): 7–10 business days depending on destination

  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request (subject to approval)

All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.


High-Value Shipment Controls

Due to the high-value nature of ATM equipment, Ocean ATM enforces additional shipping safeguards, including:

  • Signature required upon delivery for most ATM shipments

  • Shipment only to verified addresses

  • No rerouting once shipped unless approved by Ocean ATM

  • Possible requirement to ship only to the billing address or verified business location

We reserve the right to delay shipment if verification requirements are not satisfied.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in quoted pricing where applicable.

Freight shipments may include additional services such as:

  • Liftgate service

  • Scheduled delivery appointments

  • Limited inside delivery

Any special delivery requirements must be requested and approved prior to shipment.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Delivery, Inspection & Acceptance

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

For freight deliveries:

  • Inspect the packaging and product before signing

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading)

  • Take photos immediately if damage is observed

By accepting delivery without noting damage, the customer acknowledges that the shipment was received in acceptable condition.


Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must notify Ocean ATM within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

Ocean ATM will assist in filing a claim with the carrier; however, claims may be denied if proper inspection procedures were not followed at delivery.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Ocean ATM is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Theft after confirmed delivery

Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location and availability to receive high-value shipments.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations must be pre-approved and may require additional verification and shipping arrangements.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Ocean ATM is not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Address changes:

  • Must be requested immediately after placing the order

  • Are not guaranteed once processing has begun


Order Holds & Cancellations (Fraud Prevention)

Ocean ATM reserves the right to:

  • Place orders on hold for additional review

  • Cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Refund payments to the original method if verification cannot be completed

This policy is in place to protect both the customer and Ocean ATM from fraudulent transactions.
