Returns and Warranty Claims

1. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Used or installed equipment

  • Custom-configured ATM machines

  • Software, licenses, or activated services

  • Clearance or final sale items


4. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Proper packaging of returned items

Ocean ATM is not responsible for damage during return transit.


6. Refund Processing

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet eligibility requirements.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of damage and packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claim.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled:

  • Before shipment

  • Before processing/verification is completed

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.


9. Fraud & Chargeback Protection Policy

Ocean ATM actively monitors transactions for fraud.

By completing a purchase, you agree:

  • You are the authorized cardholder

  • You will not initiate unwarranted chargebacks

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute all chargebacks with supporting documentation

  • Provide order verification, IP data, and delivery confirmation


10. Warranty Claims

ATM equipment may include manufacturer warranties.

Warranty claims:

  • Must follow manufacturer guidelines

  • May require repair, replacement, or service evaluation

Ocean ATM will assist in coordinating valid claims when applicable.
