For processing, we work on an easy-to-understand, simple processing fee of $.10 per transaction, with no hidden costs.  If a site processes more than 300 surcharged withdrawals in a month, the processing fee is waived. So, as an example, if you set your surcharge to $2.50, you would be paid $2.40 each time a customer withdraws money from your ATM. If you set your surcharge to $2.00, you would be paid $1.90, etc…  If you do 300 or more transactions in a month, you would get 100% of the surcharge revenue with no processing fees whatsoever!

We also offer, and recommend, an optional extended warranty to give you complete peace of mind and to protect your investment. For only $.20 per transaction, you would have full parts and labor coverage (we typically recommend you consider raising your surcharge by $.20 – $.25 to offset the expense and actually pass along the cost to the ATM users). If not, you would only be covered by the manufacturer’s limited parts warranty.
